So our little girl is two weeks old already today. She has already grown so much. You may recall the cute purple dress we brought Claire home from the hospital in. She wore that outfit again today, and I am afraid this will be her last time as it is now very snug. Her most recent weight was this past Thursday where she weighed 8 lbs- which means she had gained a pound in a week since her weight the previous Thursday was 6 lbs 12 oz.
My dad and brother are both here this weekend to meet their new granddaughter/niece which has been lots of fun. We haven't been all together for a year and a half so it was great to reunite for such a fun reason. We have gone to the Air Force Museum, on walking trails in a local nature preserve, and have had fires in the backyard fire pit.

Sarah told me about your blog. Claire is so cute and so are the dogs! Glad to hear everything is going smoothly for you guys. My friends and family and home wanted me to start a blog too so I started one through this site too.
