Baby Shower - Ohio

Some of the girls in my residency program threw me a shower on March 22nd. We ended up having it at my place since I was the one on the easiest rotation at the time and actually had time to clean.

We had lots of fun and played lots of cute games. Name that tune- all of the songs had "baby" in the title, guess how big Leslie's belly was, and draw a baby on a paper plate on your head.

Several of the residents had gone together and got us the glider and ottoman off of our registry at babies R us, which was so nice! I love it already and the baby isn't even here yet.

We also had lots of yummy food and the table centerpiece was a diaper cake- full of diapers and books and burp cloths and baby lotion and shampoo, etc.

Ryan spent the afternoon hiding at the neighbor's house with the boys, then came home just in time to put all of our great gifts together. I spent the rest of the evening rocking in the glider.
