While in Rapid City for New Years, Nancy hosted a baby shower for us. We had just recently found out the baby is for sure a girl (future ultrasound pics to follow, they are on my fridge in Dayton), so that was great timing!
I had just found a baby book for our new little one so we decided to have the new baby book and my baby book from when I was little out for everyone to look through. The pink dress is one I found in Rapid that may be the winner for newborn picture dress.
We played lots of fun games including baby food tasting which all of the girls at the shower helped out with, coming up with baby names A-Z, writing a story about the baby, and creating a scrapbook (which was a surprise for Leslie) of the shower and parenting advice from all of the guests.
We were super blessed that the Bakers happened to be in town from Elmwood, Nebraska at the same time, so we had to take the time to have a photo shoot with the Snyders, Falins, Suttons, and Bakers! Just like old times!
