I was tagged by Mrs. Nana Porcupine to tell the world 8 things you don't know about me.

Here they are in no particular order:

1. I am terrified of birds. Poor Ryan found this out after we started dating (he owned a very odd African Grey at the time). I am so lucky that he chose me over the bird.
   
   
2. I think eyeballs are super gross. They just freak me out. I always try to avoid seeing the patients in the ER that have the eye injuries. I think it would be bad form for the doctor to puke on the patient while trying to examine them.
   
   
3. I love office supplies. I really should have chosen the career of an office manager so I could spend my days playing with pens and post it notes. I can't wait to decorate my own office when I am finally out practicing on my own.
   
   
4. I love to color, but only with brand new crayons. And only Crayola crayons. I love school supply season so I can stock up for the next year while crayons are cheap!
   
   
5. I want to be a wedding planner when I grow up. I love the details. I love the flowers. I love the emotion. I don't know where this will fit in with being a pediatrician, but I do love helping friends plan their weddings. I loved every minute of my wedding day, and I want to help everyone have such a special memory.
   
   
6. I hate to run. I love to work out in any other way, but I H-A-T-E to run. It just figures that I joined the military and have to do a timed mile and a half run every year as part of my fitness test.
   
   
7. I don't like to talk on the phone, especially to people I don't know well. Ryan thinks I am crazy sometimes, but I always make him call everyone for me.
   
   
8. I want to retire by age 55 and pursue full time mission work with my wonderful husband, and maybe our future kids if they behave.
